Terms and conditions

  • Any personal information given or notes made from your treatment is completely confidential.  You are free to look at this information on request.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and so booking early is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
  • If you arrive late to your appointment then the length of your session will be shortened, in order to accommodate the appointments which follow yours.
  • I require a full 24 hours notice for any cancellation (so I can offer the appointment to somebody else) otherwise you’ll be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of an hour’s session.  Payment must be made before I can offer you another appointment.
  • Please don’t turn up when you’re ill with cold/flu etc. as it’s not fair on myself and other clients, and it wont make you feel any better. If you do, I won’t be able to treat you and you will still be charged for the cost of treatment.
  • It is your responsibility to inform me of any relevant changes to your health from the time of initial consultation.
  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and this includes comments or actions of a sexual nature, poor hygiene and being rude or disrespectful.
  • Prices are subject to change at the beginning of each new year.
  • Preferred payment is cash although I do accept card payments. You may also pay by bank transfer the day before your treatment – please request details.
  • You may buy a block of 5 sessions and receive the 6th one free but the total cost of the 5 sessions must be paid upfront and in full at the time of the first session.
  • Block sessions are non refundable and are valid for 6 months only.
  • Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 1 year.
  • Products bought in my shop are non refundable if they have been used/opened or I am unable to resell them.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time.
